Our smaller meals are meant to be eaten on a more frequent schedule to promote a higher metabolism
and are based on a 1250-1500 calorie per day diet
WHAT YOU GET:
The menu for the week are the meals you will receive PER DAY
you will receive all of the meals for all of the days in 1 single order
example:
If you order the "5 day" meal pack you will receive 5 days worth of 5
meals which will be 25 total meals in your order, 7 days will be 35 meals
(If you order the "monthly" meal set you will receive your order WEEKLY for 4 consecutive weeks)
