we will leave your package at your door or hidden spot of your choice out of the sun, with your office receptionist, hotel, or gym front desk

We only use the highest quality lean proteins, whole grains and the freshest farm to table fruits & vegetables
we ABSOLUTELY do not use bleached or enriched grains, butter, whole eggs, milk, trans fats, partially hydrogenated oils,
refined sugars, modified starches or corn syrup
DELIVERY
Our deliveries are scheduled in a batch to save on gas, time and mileage and we pass the savings on to you the customer.
You will receive a 60 an ESTIMATED time of arrival text
deliveries are usually made late morning to afternoon 10am-5pm

Since we don't use high levels of sodium, sugars, saturated fats or preservatives our
fresh made meals are guaranteed for 7 days of freshness after delivery
